A trip in five chapters
- Date: Propose date ranges, everyone says works for me, maybe or doesn't work. You see when most people can make it, and the date gets locked in — visibly in one place instead of eighty messages.
- Stay: Suggestions with photo, price and address, the same voting as on the date, one gets locked in. Address, link and check-in note are then there for everyone.
- Who's there when: Everyone enters their own arrival and departure, even for single nights. The tasks show what's still to do and who's taking it on.
